Things to Ask During a Job Interview
18 Oct
Most of the time, the interviewer is the one who ask you about yourself and about anything in your life. As an applicant, you need to answer the questions directly and accurately. However, you should also limit yourself in answering the queries because there are times that our personal life might be revealed and that’s invasion of privacy. The good thing about having an interview is that you have the choice to say the truth or not.
Nonetheless, be ready for the consequences. Don’t feel afraid to discuss salary. While they say that it is not good to talk about salary, asking your interviewer about this will help you prepare. For instance, your work will start with training in a span of three months. Most of the companies are not giving salary to trainees.
So, whenever you will be offered by a company to be their trainee, get ready about finances. Most of the firms are taking advantage of the trainees. However, don’t think about being degraded. Feel happy because you will learn a lot. If you don’t love the company, you can always back off as long as you don’t have a signed agreement with the company.
Also, even if you are not being paid in a form of money, think of the much higher price that the company gave you and will never get from you. It’s your experience. Most companies are looking for young professionals who have gained a lot of experience. They won’t look on how high you are being paid by your previous company; it’s your experience that counts. But the most important thing here is that you should know if you will receive salary or not.
